The websites with high page rank have great chances of being crawled by search engine and receive more web visitors from search engines or other directories online. High page rank is thus important for a website and all the webmasters eagerly find the ways to increase their website’s page rank. One of the popular ways to increase the page rank is through the link exchange.
First, it is important to understand what is page rank and how search engine like google, yahoo and msn rate and rank the website. Generally, search engine will rate and rank the website by the link popularity. Link popularity is determined by the quantity and quality of relevant links to other websites. Google search engine especially measures the “quality” of the sites providing the links.

They should be more careful when practice link exchange and avoid automated link generators. By maintain coherent theme, include the links in page content and have quality inlinks and outlinks will increase the link popularity score in the long run.

Today I found out something mean very important to me.

“Does Google penalize duplicate content?”

Well, it’s very important to me because I’m doing my articles marketing and I’ve submitted my same articles to different articles directories and I even share these articles in my blog. So.. when I found this topic I’m quite excited and worried because of what I’ve done.

The answer of the question is “When determines that content is duplicated somewhere else , Google penalize the page rank of the website”. Google like fresh content and we should not just copy and paste our articles or content to other website without any amendment. Gosh.. I’ve made mistake for my past articles marketing.

I hope to share this with you all if you are doing articles marketing or planning to do the articles marketing. Pls bear in mind and don’t let Google penalize your page rank since you already have this information. For me, I would definitely won’t repeat the mistake again.

Google Adwords Learning Center

These few days I am busy hanging around the Google Adwords Learning Center.
There are so many topics to cover and I just can’t complete training in one sitting. They offer both multimedia and text lessons which you can choose your preferred learning style. Initially I was choosing the test lessons but later I found that multimedia lessons would make things easier for me.
For some topics, I really read more than once and do my own notes. It is not easy when want to target for the good keywords & Ad Text. That involved lots of brainstorming and patients. And times needed for the monitoring of the results.
Sometimes I need to refer back to the topics when implementing because ideas keeping come out and I need to make sure I follow the right way in the lessons. There is no right or wrong but the results might determine how good your work is.
I think for the few following days I will still hang around the learning center!

Education – Powerful Tool

Still remember our old schooling days? We listened to our teachers and get a tutor to help us passed in the exam. We just too impatient to wait for all the tips to get a distinction in our results.
Now, what do we have? We do not have a teacher there to spoon feed us, we have to work out by ourselves. Does it means that we cannot success in our target? Nope, we still can success in our target or so called “dreams” in our life.. But how?
Yes, EDUCATION!
Back to the old days, we learned ABC, 123.. If we were to success in our field, we got to have knowledge and become expert. When we are totally new in a field and industry, we got to learn from the start from as simple as ABC, 123..
Of course, we can use trial and error method or we can get a mentor to help us. A mentor who is success in the field can always give good advise and guide us towards our path of success. Besides that, we have to do our homeworks as well. Do learn and ask stupid questions so that we fully understand the topic.
Equip ourselves with knowledge all the time and do not give up easily will make us success in our dreams..
“I lost in the jungle, I don’t know what to do?!”
“When you know you are going to a jungle, why don’t you prepare yourself a torchlight and compass?”
“I prepared, but I don’t know how to use?!”
“Why don’t you learn how to use your tools? I’ve give you the best torchlight and compass but without your willingness to learn, the best equipments will become useless.”
So.. if the person were equiped himself with torchlight and compass and know the way of using it, you guess he is successful to come out from the jungle? =)
